variable: diadiab [ever diagnosed with diabetes] (table[s]: ncdk_persexam & ncdl_persexam)
Glucose test results and self-reported previous diabetes diagnosis are combined to create an overall diabetes binary variable: classed as diabetis if non-fasting result is over 11, fasted result over 7 or reported previous diagnosis.
