If THIS IS THE PARTICIPANT'S FIRST CONSENT VISIT AND FITCONSENTREASON = 1-6:
• Refer CRH/Area 25 Health Centre for clinician review
• Ensure participant stays on the FIELDLOG to be revisited for reconsideration of inclusion when sufficiently well.
• Revisit participant in 2: 4 weeks' time to reassess fitness for consent and study participation.

If THIS IS THE PARTICIPANT'S SECOND CONSENT VISIT AND FITCONSENTREASON = 1-5:

• Re-refer CRH/Area 25 Health Centre for clinician review
• Proceed to RCDR and do not offer a further visit.
