I agree that researchers may use the photograph images for publication or presentation in academic articles, journals, conferences, online (websites/social media), in the local press and/or via any other platform for promotion of this study and its findings, as well as the wider work carried out by MEIRU.

I understand that the photographs of me will be archived and stored securely by MEIRU, so other approved researchers may have access to use them in the future, but only in an anonymised form (without revealing my personal details including my name, household, date of birth and phone number).

I understand that at any time I can contact MEIRU and ask that my photographs stored on the secure MEIRU database are destroyed, meaning they cannot be used in the future to promote the study and its findings. However i understand that if they have already been used by this point I request this, for example online, in the press, in publications or presentations, it will not be possible to remove them from these other places.
