Imputation and derivation

Derivation

variable: iohex_comment (table[s]: ark_iohex_results [derived table])

The iohex samples were analysed at the lab in South Africa and the results sent back in excel format, each sample had a comment to indicate whether it had been thawed for too long before analysis or not. The results & comments were brought into stata and merge with the main dataset.
